- support to the business departments of the company in structuring, drafting, negotiating (also with foreign counterparties) and closing IT contracts related to the company business activities, such as client service agreements (inter alia, consulting, system integration, cloud, application outsourcing, license agreements), subcontract agreements, data processing agreements, memorandum of understanding, partnership agreements and other ancillary agreements, as well as support in the preparation of proposals and other relevant documents for participation to bids;
-  provide legal advice to the business management of the company on several legal contractual matters related, inter alia, to compliance with law and group compliance policies, intellectual property law, data protection law etc also analyzing and managing  risks hat have potential legal impact on the business.

support to the several departments of Telecom Italia and of the foreign Group companies, reporting to the head of the relevant international legal affairs department of Telecom Italia, in managing several legal issues, taking into account the international nature of them, the Group’s objectives and company’s policies and procedures.
In particular:

Legal Affairs – International Legal Affairs Department. Legal assistance to relevant foreign Group Companies departments in relation to Corporate Governance matters and to international commercial agreements.

Legal Affairs – International Legal Affairs – M&A and Litigation Department. legal assistance to the management of the Company and of the foreign Group companies on strategic international M&A of Telecom Italia Group in South America. 

Legal Affairs, International Legal Affairs and Litigations Department. Representative of Telecom Italia in the legal team of FreeMove, (an international alliance founded among Telecom Italia and other leading European telecommunications operators, offering mainly mobile services to multinational customers) providing, inter alia, legal advice on several matters related to the activities and governance of the alliance and supporting negotiation of international commercial agreements.

Legal Affairs, International Legal Affairs and Litigations Department.  Assistance in coordination, with local and international counsels, and the legal department of the subsidiary involved, to prevent dispute in which Telecom Italia and its subsidiaries were involved in order to minimize legal and financial exposure and in the defense of them in relation to sensitive international litigations and arbitrations relating to M&A, corporate and commercial matters before the main international Arbitration Chambers (inter alia International Chamber of Commerce of Paris – ICC, International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes –ICSID, World Bank).

Lawyer, assisting major Italian and foreign clients in relation to commercial and civil matters; main roles: drafting of civil pleadings in relation to litigations and domestic arbitrations, agreements, legal advice on civil and commercial matters.

Legal training, advising major Italian clients on civil, commercial, banking, and bankruptcy law matters; main roles: legal research, drafting of civil pleadings, agreements, correspondence as well as extensive practice on civil proceedings before the Italian courts.

Secondment at Archon Group Italia – S.G.C. s.r.l. for a period of 9 months.
