Role overview: As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for managing a dedicated section of the kitchen, ensuring consistent quality in taste, temperature and presentation from prep through service. You will prepare mise-en-place, cook and plate dishes, and help keep the section orderly and efficient.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Run and maintain your own kitchen section during preparation and service
  • Prepare, cook and plate dishes that meet our standards for flavour, temperature and presentation
  • Complete daily mise-en-place and keep your station clean and well organised
  • Support, mentor and guide Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters during service
  • Communicate with the team to maintain smooth and steady service
  • Manage stock for your section, rotate products and minimise waste
  • Follow food safety procedures and carry out hygiene checks
  • Contribute to special events, menu updates and seasonal changes

What we’re looking for: You should have experience as a Chef de Partie or be a strong Commis Chef ready to step up. Confidence managing a section during busy services, a passion for fresh seasonal cooking delivered at pace, basic digital literacy for kitchen tools (e.g. recipe platforms, HACCP logs), calm organisation and good time management, plus a positive, team-oriented attitude. English and Italian are required; other languages are a plus.

Compensation and equality: We are committed to equal pay for equal work and make objective salary offers based on role and assessed proficiency. Starting salary: 23.830,90€ gross per year.

Requisiti

Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to advance; ability to run a section during busy service; passion for fresh, seasonal cooking; basic digital skills for recipe/HACCP tools; fluent English and Italian.
