Descrizione della Posizione Lavorativa
ALDA – The European Association for Local Democracy is seeking a Project Manager with a focus on environment and climate change. The successful candidate will report to ALDA’s Secretary General and the Head of the Project Management Unit and will collaborate closely with team members across the organisation.
Requirements
- University degree.
- Languages: professional working proficiency in English and Italian; additional languages are an asset.
- At least 2 years of experience in project implementation and proven experience in budget management.
- Knowledge of European environmental policy.
- Familiarity with common computer tools.
- Ability to work both in a team and independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in managing networks and interacting with various institutions.
- High motivation and a strong interest in international cooperation.
Terms of contract
- The position is offered on a 12-month contract, renewable depending on the availability of funds and a satisfactory performance evaluation at the end of the initial period.
- The contract is expected to start in the second half of September 2021.
- Location: Brussels or Vicenza.
- Salary will depend on the candidate’s experience and qualifications; applicants are requested to state their salary expectations in the cover letter.
