We are looking for an open-minded, communicative and technically capable IT Service Desk support specialist to strengthen our onsite team and provide competent advice to employees on a variety of IT topics.

Role summary: You will support the IT team by assisting employees across the full spectrum of IT services — including hardware, the digital workplace, systems and applications, and equipment — and by following established processes to manage incidents and service requests throughout their lifecycle. You will be part of the Service Desk team.

Requirements

  • IT diploma (an IT bachelor's degree or similar is a plus)
  • Good knowledge of Italian and business fluent English (C1)
  • Teamwork and resilience
  • Hands-on experience with Windows 10, Active Directory, Microsoft Office / Office 365 and Skype for Business
  • Familiarity with video conferencing and other audio/video equipment and technologies

Requisiti
