About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is looking for an enthusiastic Concierge Intern to join the team from September 2026 for a six-month full-time internship. The Concierge Intern will assist the Concierge team in anticipating and fulfilling a wide range of guest requests to ensure stays are seamless and memorable.

What you will do

  • Deliver high-level hospitality in all guest interactions and accommodate special requests where possible.
  • Assist guests with information about hotel services, opening hours, key personnel, in-house events and directions.
  • Respond to guest requests accurately and promptly, making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.
  • Inform Management promptly in case of guest complaints.
  • Process incoming and outgoing packages, faxes, messages and mail accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Be knowledgeable about city activities, restaurants, museums, attractions and maps to advise guests.
  • Learn to use hotel software to record guest arrangements and ensure correct billing.
  • Answer and direct internal and external calls in the absence of a Switchboard Operator.
  • Support other Front Office tasks as required.

What you bring

  • Passion for service and delivering genuine guest experiences.
  • Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team approach.
  • Reading, writing and spoken proficiency in Italian and English.
  • Applicants must hold valid legal authorization to work in Italy at the time of application.

Schedule & Hours

Full-time internship. Position available from September 2026 for a six-month duration.

Requisiti

Passione per il servizio; attenzione ai dettagli; forti capacità interpersonali e attitudine al lavoro di squadra; conoscenza scritta e parlata di italiano e inglese; autorizzazione legale valida per lavorare in Italia al momento della candidatura.
