The property also offers a Michelin-starred Italian restaurant and a locally inspired Spa, all within walking distance of Florence’s cultural attractions.

About the role

The Guest Services Intern will join Four Seasons Hotel Firenze in a full-time internship starting in September 2026 for a six-month period. The intern will support the Guest Services team to ensure smooth, personalized and professional service to guests.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and assist with arrivals and departures, including handling and delivering luggage to/from rooms.
  • Support guest transportation logistics and run errands as requested.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest areas and the luggage storage room.
  • Assist the Reception and Concierge teams and respond promptly to a variety of guest requests.
  • Provide directions, recommendations and information about the city and its attractions.
  • Support shoeshine service: collect shoes from rooms, clean and polish them, and return them to guests.
  • Perform other Front Office tasks as needed to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Italian and English (reading, writing and oral).
  • Valid driving license.
  • Genuine passion for service and creating outstanding guest experiences.
  • Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and a teamwork mindset.
  • Applicants must hold legal authorization to work in Italy at the time of application.

Schedule and duration

Full-time internship. Position available from September 2026 for a six-month duration.

Requisiti

Proficiency in Italian and English (reading, writing and speaking); valid driving license; legal authorization to work in Italy at time of application; passion for guest service, attention to detail and strong interpersonal/teamwork skills.
