We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Crew member to join our Food & Beverage team at Generator Rome. In this role you will make sure the bar operates seamlessly and that every guest interaction aims to exceed expectations, delivering memorable moments in a vibrant social environment.

Main responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service at every guest touchpoint to ensure they remember their experience with Generator.
• Maintain the bar area clean, tidy and ready for business at all times.
• Keep the bar fully stocked with glasses, ice, garnishes and cocktail ingredients and ensure sufficient produce is available for customers.
• During peak periods, uphold Generator cleanliness standards for tables, floors and equipment.
• Monitor quality of service and the drinks/cocktails, taking corrective action or reporting issues to the Bar Supervisor or F&B Manager.
• Perform cash reconciliation correctly so that the float balances in line with cash handling procedures.

• Have a commercial mindset and passion for driving revenue.
• Understand stock control and work to keep costs low.
• Be creative, digitally savvy and ready to contribute ideas.
• Be social, guest-focused and willing to engage with people.
• Be prepared to perform hands-on tasks as needed.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and be available to work varied shifts.
• You must be eligible to work in the EU.

Experience we value

• Previous experience in hospitality or service roles is appreciated.
• A genuine enthusiasm for your city, travel and contemporary food and drink trends.
• Knowledge of current cultural and city interests and a strong interest in service.

Requisiti

Eligible to work in the EU. Application in English. Previous hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory. Must be available to work varied shifts.
