The bar is the heart of each Mama location and represents a lively meeting point for our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring that visitors feel well looked after at all times.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a smooth, personalised service at the bar from order taking through to payment.
- Prepare and serve cocktails and other drinks with professional skill and a positive energy.
- Set up the bar properly and replenish stock before service begins.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout each shift.
Qualifications
- Remain composed and effective under pressure.
- High attention to detail: anticipate needs and avoid missing items.
- Remember faces and customers' drink preferences reliably.
- Able to serve several customers at once and multitask efficiently.
- Be attentive, friendly, kind‑hearted and energetic in customer interactions.
- Keep the bar clean, tidy and well maintained.
- Create and maintain a warm atmosphere for Mama without resorting to excessive theatrics.
- Bring flair and personal style to classic drinks such as martinis.
- Experience across a variety of bar formats (not limited to local Irish pubs) is required.
Requisiti
