Your mission: As a Bartender at The Social Hub you are central to the bar experience — crafting classic and inventive cocktails as well as high-quality non-alcoholic options, serving each drink with care, personality and genuine hospitality. You’ll also chip in across the floor to keep service smooth, friendly and fun.

You will be part of an international Food & Beverage team that values teamwork and offers hands-on training and support from the Restaurant Manager and F&B Supervisor, with clear opportunities for professional growth.

About The Social Hub: TSH is a creative, rule‑breaking hospitality concept combining hotel stays, student accommodation, coworking, gyms, events and social spaces. What you’ll do

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages — from expertly made cocktails to careful zero‑proof options — consistently and with flair.
• Provide warm, engaging guest service that creates memorable moments.
• Support food service and other restaurant tasks when needed to maintain smooth operations.
• Stay informed about menus and events to confidently answer guest questions.
• Address guest feedback professionally and aim to turn complaints into compliments.
• Maintain a clean, organized and compliant bar environment.
• Assist with event setup and service to help transform TSH spaces into great gathering venues.
• Share knowledge and mentor colleagues to strengthen the bar team.

What you’ll have

• Preferably 1–2 years of bartending or hospitality experience, though a strong attitude and passion count.
• A genuine interest in drinks, including mixology and quality non-alcoholic options.
• Excellent communication skills and a natural, guest‑facing attitude.
• Good multitasking and time‑management skills for busy service periods.
• Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
• A professional appearance and attention to service standards.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts.

Requisiti

Preferably 1–2 years bartending or hospitality experience; fluent in English and Italian; strong communication and multitasking skills; professional appearance; flexibility for shifts; passion for drinks and guest service.
