Role overview
As a Bartender at The Social Hub you are the lifeblood of the bar: you prepare, mix and serve drinks — from timeless classics to inventive cocktails and standout non‑alcoholic options — always combining precision, personality and genuine hospitality. You’ll alternate between crafting beverages and supporting the rest of the floor to ensure guests enjoy a smooth, warm and fun experience.
Team and training
You will be part of a passionate, international Food & Beverage team that values teamwork and high standards. The role includes hands‑on training and day‑to‑day guidance from the Restaurant Manager and the F&B Supervisor, with clear opportunities for professional growth.

What you will do
- Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks — from expertly made cocktails to quality non‑alcoholic choices — with consistency and flair.
- Provide warm, engaging service that makes every guest feel welcome and creates memorable moments.
- Support food service and other restaurant operations as required.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of menus and events to confidently answer guest questions.
- Manage guest feedback professionally, working to turn issues into positive experiences.
- Keep the bar clean, organised and compliant with safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with event setup and service to help make TSH spaces attractive gathering points.
- Share expertise and mentor colleagues to raise the overall quality of drink service.
What we expect from you
- Preferably 1–2 years of experience in bartending or hospitality, though a strong attitude and passion are highly valued.
- A genuine enthusiasm for drinks — from mixology and mocktails to honing a great pour.
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to interact with guests.
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
- A professional appearance and mindset, with attention to service detail.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts.

Requisiti
