Your mission: As a Bartender at The Social Hub you are at the center of the bar experience, crafting classic and innovative cocktails as well as high-quality non-alcoholic drinks. You combine precise technique, a friendly personality and genuine hospitality to make guests keep coming back. At times you focus on drink preparation; at other times you support the wider floor to ensure a smooth, warm and fun guest experience.

You will be part of a passionate, international F&B team that values teamwork and prides itself on excellent service. You will receive hands-on training and guidance from the Restaurant Manager and F&B Supervisor, with clear opportunities for development from day one.

Core responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a broad range of drinks—from expertly mixed cocktails to quality zero-proof options—with consistency and style.
• Deliver warm and engaging guest service to make each visit memorable.
• Support food service and other restaurant tasks when needed.
• Keep up-to-date with TSH menus, events and offerings to answer guest questions confidently.
• Manage guest feedback professionally, aiming to turn complaints into positive experiences.
• Maintain a clean, organized and efficient bar while following safety and compliance rules.
• Help with event setup and service to transform TSH spaces into compelling gathering places.
• Share knowledge and mentor colleagues to maintain a high standard of drink service across the team.

What we look for:

• Preferably 1–2 years of bartending or hospitality experience, though enthusiasm and a great attitude are highly valued.
• A genuine passion for drinks—mixology, mocktails and pouring technique.
• Strong communication skills and ease in guest-facing roles.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance, attention to detail and high service standards.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts.

At The Social Hub, starting pay is determined fairly based on the role, assessed proficiency and the company salary framework; the company makes its best offer upfront rather than negotiating individually.
