Your mission: be the energetic, friendly face guests remember. As a Waiter/Waitress at The Social Hub you will keep service running smoothly and with warmth, moving between tables, the bar and the kitchen while helping create a fun, connected atmosphere for an international clientele.

We offer a hybrid hospitality concept that mixes hotel services with student accommodation, long- and short-stay options, gyms, events, rooftop bars, eat & drink spaces and coworking areas. What you’ll do

• Welcome guests energetically and make them feel comfortable
• Take orders and serve dishes and drinks, suggesting menu options when appropriate
• Ensure smooth service by anticipating needs and coordinating with bar and kitchen
• Handle guest questions and minor issues calmly and professionally
• Keep your station clean, organised and ready for service
• Support team members during busy periods to maintain a good service rhythm

What we expect from you

• Natural hospitality attitude and enjoyment in creating positive guest experiences
• 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, or a strong eagerness to learn
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in interacting with people
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Fluent English and Italian; additional languages are a plus
• Professional, neat appearance and a positive, team-oriented mindset

Requisiti

1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience preferred (or strong willingness to learn); fluent in English and Italian; professional appearance; ability to multitask and work well in a team.
