Overview

You will support origination and execution by producing client presentations and marketing collateral. You will perform financial and credit analyses for M&A, leveraged buyouts and financing deals, working together with internal teams such as Credit and product specialists (for example DCM, ECM, M&A).

Key responsibilities

• Prepare marketing materials (pitch books, internal and external decks) to assist senior bankers in origination.
• Perform financial and credit analysis for M&A, LBOs and financing transactions.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Credit, Legal, Compliance, Industry and Product teams (e.g. Leveraged Acquisition Finance, DCM, ECM, M&A).
• Attend client meetings to support business development and identify potential lending and cross-selling opportunities.
• Support credit approval and execution processes and assist with NDAs, compliance monitoring for sensitive transactions and updates to databases and CRM systems.

Who we are looking for

We are seeking candidates who are ready to build a career in corporate and investment banking and who meet the following profile:

• 1-3 years of experience in a related role.
• Degree in Finance & Economics.
• Solid knowledge of financial analysis and the ability to interpret and exploit financial information and databases.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and market information providers such as FactSet, Moody's, PitchBook, Bloomberg, Mergermarket.
• Commercial awareness and strong analytical skills.
