Role overview: As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for managing a dedicated section of the kitchen, ensuring consistent quality in taste, temperature and presentation from prep through service. You will prepare mise-en-place, cook and plate dishes, and help keep the section orderly and efficient.

What we’re looking for: You should have experience as a Chef de Partie or be a strong Commis Chef ready to step up. Confidence managing a section during busy services, a passion for fresh seasonal cooking delivered at pace, basic digital literacy for kitchen tools (e.g. recipe platforms, HACCP logs), calm organisation and good time management, plus a positive, team-oriented attitude. English and Italian are required; other languages are a plus.
