ABOUT EXPERIMENTAL ROMA

Opening in mid-2026 on Via Ludovisi near Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will convert a former bank into an elegant hotel designed by Rodolphe Parente. The property will feature 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar and a rooftop with a suspended pool and panoramic views of Rome.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to maintain high service standards and ensure guests are fully satisfied. In this role you will lead the housekeeping team and guarantee that guest rooms and all public areas are kept to excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Team management: train and supervise staff, organise schedules, oversee daily tasks, carry out performance reviews and foster a positive work environment.

• Quality assurance: perform regular inspections of rooms and public areas, handle special guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related complaints promptly, and enforce cleaning procedures to maintain hygiene standards.

• Inventory and supplies: manage cleaning product stocks, order supplies within budget.

• Interdepartmental coordination: communicate room status with Front Office and report maintenance needs to the Maintenance team.

• Safety and compliance: ensure safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment, train staff on safety procedures and keep accurate records of cleaning activities and inspections.

• Initial experience in a similar role within a 4- or 5-star hotel, including people management and staff development.

• Energetic and proactive with a strong service mindset, excellent professional presentation, availability and attentiveness to guests.

• Organised, meticulous and with strong interpersonal and teamworking skills.

Requisiti

Previous experience in a similar supervisory role in a 4- or 5-star hotel, including people management and staff development; professional appearance, availability and strong service orientation.
