We are seeking a charismatic and highly organised Guest Relations & Reservations Manager to lead the hostess team and oversee reservations operations for SEEN Restaurant by Olivier in Rome. The successful candidate will be a dynamic hospitality professional with excellent interpersonal skills, ready to perform in a fast-paced, nightlife-driven and lifestyle-focused setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the hostess and guest reception team.
• Manage the reservations strategy, including table allocation and optimisation of guest flow.
• Develop strong relationships with an international, lifestyle-oriented clientele.
• Collaborate closely with restaurant floor teams, the kitchen and restaurant management.
• Liaise continuously with all hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage VIP guests, special requests and peak service moments.
• Ensure a seamless, energetic and elevated guest experience that reflects the SEEN identity.
• Actively contribute to the unique atmosphere and brand identity of SEEN.

Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, lifestyle restaurants or high-energy venues.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Knowledge of at least one additional language is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong collaborative attitude and ability to work across departments.
• Flexibility, ability to multitask and resilience under pressure.
• Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanour.
• Positive, energetic and guest-focused personality with availability to work in a nightlife-oriented schedule.
• Knowledge of Thai culture will be considered an advantage.

Requisiti
