Mission
As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for a dedicated section of the kitchen, ensuring that it runs smoothly every day. You will prepare, cook and plate dishes that meet our standards of flavour and presentation, working closely with a compact team of chefs. Your section will be managed from mise-en-place until the last ticket of service.

Responsibilities
- Run your own kitchen section during preparation and service
- Cook and plate dishes to match our standards for taste, temperature and presentation
- Prepare daily mise-en-place and keep your station immaculate and well organised
- Support and mentor Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters during service
- Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth service
- Manage stock for your section, rotate products and minimise waste
- Adhere to food safety procedures and complete hygiene checks
- Perform at your best during special events, menu changes and seasonal updates
- Working pattern: we operate a single, continuous shift with no split shifts
Requirements
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up
- Confidence managing your own section during busy services
- Passion for fresh, seasonal cooking and delivering consistent quality at pace
- Basic digital literacy for kitchen tools (recipe platforms, HACCP logs)
- Calm, organised working style with good time management
- Positive, supportive attitude and enjoyment of working within a close kitchen team
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus

We aim to be fair and consistent with pay: starting salary is determined based on the role and assessed proficiency. We make our best offer upfront and do not negotiate salaries.
- Starting salary: €23.830,90 gross per year

Requisiti
Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef; ability to run a section during busy service; passion for seasonal cooking; basic digital literacy (recipe platforms, HACCP logs); fluent in English and Italian; calm, organised and team-oriented.
