Your mission will be to create a welcoming first impression for members and visitors, helping them feel at home and making sure they get the most out of The Social Hub Rome. You will learn how the spaces operate day-to-day while supporting members with onboarding, enquiries and participation in community life.

• Greet members and guests and ensure they feel welcome from arrival.
• Conduct tours to introduce prospective members to the hub’s facilities and services.
• Support member onboarding and assist new members in integrating with the community.
• Provide local recommendations about Rome’s food, culture, shopping and nightlife.
• Handle membership queries and explain the available membership options.
• Assist with membership-related administration such as emails, offers and bookings.
• Maintain the membership areas tidy, inviting and ready for service.
• Support and help run community events to activate the member community.

Who we are

The Social Hub is a hybrid hospitality concept that brings together accommodation, coworking, events, food & drink and community spaces. Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Amsterdam, TSH operates multiple European locations and offers a creative, inclusive environment where people can live, work, learn and socialise.

Candidate profile

• You are currently enrolled at a university within the EU and studying Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Sales or a related subject.
• You bring a positive, hands-on attitude and enjoy meeting new people.
• You are organised and comfortable managing several tasks during a shift.
• You work well in a team but can also take initiative when needed.
• You are fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• You are available for a full-time internship of 40 hours per week for 6 months (extracurricular).

Requisiti

Currently enrolled at a university within the EU; studying Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Sales or related field; available full-time (40 hours/week) for a 6-month extracurricular internship; fluent in Italian and English.
