Your role: We are seeking talented young professionals for the position of Commercial Account Manager. Selected hires will join a dynamic and innovative environment and work with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are served in the best interest of both clients and the Company.
- Develop a Strategic Account Plan for clients in the assigned territory by analysing market context, key challenges and opportunities, execution capabilities and mapping Cedacri’s products and services to their transformation roadmap.
- Position Cedacri as a trusted partner in clients’ long-term strategic planning.
- Define Unique Value Propositions for each client using consultative selling and detailed process mapping.
- Identify and qualify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales and internal functions (Operations, Products, Finance, Procurement, Legal) to advance opportunities to contract and delivery.
- Manage a portfolio of business opportunities aligned with Cedacri’s growth ambitions and orchestrate commercial activities to convert opportunities into business.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals in a timely manner and keep accurate records of client interactions.
- Manage commercial documentation according to ION standard templates and processes.
- Achieve financial targets for Pipeline, Intake and Revenue, and meet Customer Satisfaction objectives in the assigned territory.
- Participate actively in contract renewals, ensuring clients understand the value of standardized and clear terms and conditions.
- Ensure diligence and thoroughness in communications, analysis and processes.
Other duties: You may be asked to perform additional tasks as your responsibilities grow.
Skills, experience and qualifications required:
- Master’s degree in management, engineering or a quantitative field (with honours).
- Experience or knowledge in FSI/Core Banking is a plus.
- High commercial acumen and strong interpersonal skills.
- Consultative selling capabilities.
- Excellent command of Italian and English.
