Mission: Be the welcoming link that turns The Social Hub Lavagnini into a vibrant local destination for events, talks, film nights, exhibitions and parties. As Connector Intern you give the building a purpose by creating memorable experiences, facilitating collaborations and connecting guests, students and coworkers.

About The Social Hub: TSH is a playful, creative hybrid hospitality concept combining hotel rooms, student accommodation, coworking and event spaces, restaurants, bars and gym facilities. Operating across Europe, TSH focuses on community-driven experiences where people can work, stay, learn and socialise.

Responsibilities

• Actively connect our semester residents, coworking members, hotel and extended-stay guests to grow the internal community.
• Support the planning and setup of a continuous programme of events designed for the local community.
• Act as one of the community’s main contacts for events and activations, acting as the eyes and ears on site.
• Develop and maintain partnerships to populate the annual events calendar with relevant recurring activities.
• Host and regularly engage with local student ambassadors to foster connections.
• Create, collect and deliver digital content (text, video and images) following marketing briefs.
• Own and manage the local TSH social media channels, operating within brand guidelines.
• Attend and contribute to local networking events as a visible representative of TSH.

Who you are

• Enrolled in an EU university or school for the entire duration of the internship (mandatory).
• Outgoing and confident with strong public-speaking presence.
• A natural connector who enjoys being with people and building relationships.
• Professional and responsible, able to work independently in a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic environment.
• Highly social, flexible, motivated and with a good sense of humour.
• Visionary mindset with creative ideas to grow the connector strategy.
• Excellent communicator with entrepreneurial spirit, calm under pressure and exceptionally organised.
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.

Requisiti

Must be enrolled in an EU university/school for the full internship period; fluent in English and Italian; outgoing, confident, highly organized, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment; motivated and entrepreneurial.
