We are seeking a candidate with solid experience in leading teams who can plan and coordinate daily operations, supervise staff performance, mediate and resolve workplace conflicts, and make sure that all team members perform their duties in line with the hotel’s procedures and quality standards.
Essential requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Proven experience in managing and directing teams, preferably within the hospitality sector
- Strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills and sound decision-making capability
- Responsible and proactive attitude with the authority and confidence to effectively coordinate and manage staff
We offer
- Salary: €2,200 net per month (dependent on experience)
- Position located at our hotel on Lake Como, Italy
- Seasonal contract: March–October, with the possibility of work during the winter period depending on hotel occupancy
