Role overview: The IT Infrastructure Manager will lead the Delivery area for Business Applications, Internet and Intranet within Group IT & Digital. The role focuses on ensuring the timely, budget-compliant and quality-driven delivery of web and app services, coordinating stakeholders at worldwide level and managing development teams and external vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Manage delivery of websites and applications for the internet and intranet within the IT area, ensuring projects meet time, budget and quality targets.
- Collaborate closely with IT, Marketing, HR and Communications at global level to align solutions with business needs.
- Lead and coordinate a team of developers and third-party vendors responsible for developing and maintaining the services.
- Define and promote standards and frameworks for the area of competence and drive their company-wide adoption.
- Create mockups and support processes for digitalization initiatives.
- Act as the primary contact for major service incidents: prioritise service restoration, manage communication of impacts and govern incident response.
- Provide operative leadership with responsibility for coordination of the area.
Required knowledge and experience
- More than 5 years of experience in Service Management, aligned with ITIL best practices (senior level).
- Hands-on approach and experience working in fast-paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Drupal and Microsoft Office 365.
- About 3–4 years of experience configuring/developing SharePoint Online / Microsoft Project Server and managing content with Drupal.
- Up to 2 years of experience designing and developing PowerApps and Power Automate solutions.
Additional skills
- Project management capabilities.
- Research-oriented and self-learning attitude.
- Master’s degree in IT or related disciplines preferred.
- Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels; strong public speaking, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate people and to work within large teams.
- Willingness to travel internationally and to meet strict deadlines under pressure.
