Your mission: elevate our brand voice while retaining its playful, quirky and experimental tone. You will join a diverse creative team including designers, social media managers, content creators and PR specialists to help shape the overall content strategy and brand language across our products.
About us: TSH are rule‑breakers in hospitality: a creative, inspiring hybrid‑hospitality concept combining hotel stays, student accommodation, long and short stays, coworking, F&B, gyms, events and community spaces. Headquartered in Amsterdam, we operate across multiple European locations and continue to expand.
What you will do
- Write copy for multiple channels: social, video and printed materials.
- Work with the Head of Communications, PR and Social Media Manager on content strategy and brand language covering hotel, short stay, semester stay, coworking and F&B.
- Support the marketing team with events and press activations and collaborate on marketing collateral.
- Produce long‑form copy (newsletters, brochures, press releases) and short‑form copy (social and campaign texts).
- Edit and proofread texts before publication and keep up to date with editorial trends and competitors.
- Base: Florence, with occasional travel to other Italian locations.
Who you are
- Degree in Marketing, English, Journalism or a related field.
- Proven experience as a copywriter or in a similar role and a portfolio of published pieces.
- Strong ability to fact‑check long‑form content and excellent writing/editing skills in English and Italian.
- Experience in an international environment and an understanding of different language styles for varied target markets.
- Good time management, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, open to feedback and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Requisiti
BSc in Marketing/English/Journalism or similar; proven copywriting experience and portfolio; excellent writing and editing in English and Italian; ability to fact‑check long content; experience in international settings; strong time‑management and interpersonal skills.
