Position summary: The successful candidate will join the F&B Front department and, together with the other supervisors, will act as the principal contact between management and the operational team. The role requires working across various shifts and service types according to operational needs. We seek a candidate already covering a similar position with solid experience in comparable hospitality businesses.

Main responsibilities

• Maintain an on-floor presence to manage front-of-house operations and service delivery.
• Lead and organise the team before, during and after service; manage staff during service.
• Coordinate and oversee temporary staff in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Handle ordering and stock control using the Marriott management system.
• Preferably familiar with Micros Opera or other front-of-house order management applications.
• Know the menu items and be able to describe dishes to guests.
• Possess knowledge of wines and basic food-and-wine pairings.
• Prepare orders and ensure pantry stock levels are maintained.
• Check and arrange the mise en place for the dining room and bar.
• Prepare set-ups for events and banqueting.
• Apply and maintain HACCP rules and standards.

Requisiti

Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality sector; excellent English; strong leadership, organisational and guest-service skills.
