We are seeking a highly organized, quality-focused Project Manager to lead projects from initiation through delivery. The successful candidate will make sure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget while promoting high quality standards and a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and oversee projects from start to finish ensuring they align with business objectives.
• Monitor project progress and proactively handle risks, issues and changes.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, procedures and best practices.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance and quality control activities across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and enable clear communication among stakeholders.
• Run regular project reviews, audits and lessons-learned sessions to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering outcomes that meet or exceed expectations.

Required skills & qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Solid understanding of quality management principles and standards (e.g. ISO, continuous improvement, risk management).
• Excellent organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a firm commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools.

Preferred qualifications

• Degree in Management Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in regulated or quality-critical sectors (manufacturing, pharma, automotive, medical devices, etc.).
• Project Management and/or quality-related certifications are a plus.
• English certification (B2) for written and oral communication is a plus.

Requisiti

1-4 years experience as Project Manager or similar; strong knowledge of project management methodologies; solid understanding of quality management principles (e.g. ISO) and risk management; excellent organisational, planning and communication skills; ability to handle multiple priorities; proficiency in project management tools. Preferred: degree in Management Engineering or similar, experience in regulated industries, project/quality certifications, English B2.
