Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests at the bar, asking about their needs and offering friendly service.
- Recommend and create beverages using knowledge and creativity to suggest suitable drinks.
- Prepare and deliver drink orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain bar stock by replacing empty bottles and beer kegs as needed.
- Keep the bar area clean by washing glassware and wiping down surfaces regularly.
- Handle payments from guests, accepting both cash and card transactions.
- Stay updated on drink trends to continuously improve the beverage offering.
- Check age and identification of guests when required to ensure compliance.
About you
You should be comfortable working in a busy bar environment and able to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues. Fluency in Italian and English is required.
