Your impact

The Product Manager for Banking & Capital Markets will own Chainlink’s product suite for traditional financial firms engaging with digital assets. You will define strategy, roadmap and execution to serve the full lifecycle of digital assets across asset issuers, distribution platforms, custodians, payment processors and other financial institutions. The role requires building solutions that unify compliance, transparency and interoperability by integrating Chainlink products such as CRE, ACE, CCIP, and Data together with ecosystem partnerships. You will operate like a founder within the company, navigating ambiguity, aligning stakeholders and working toward global product-market fit.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic and emerging use-cases for traditional financial companies interacting with digital assets.
• Design and launch Chainlink product offerings to address prioritized use-cases, leveraging the Chainlink Runtime Environment.
• Embed Chainlink capabilities (CCIP, ACE, Data) into new products to satisfy customer compliance and interoperability requirements.
• Expand offerings to ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and standards.
• Drive ecosystem adoption and establish Chainlink as a global standard for digital assets across financial market segments.

Required experience

• 5–10 years of product management experience, including building products from 0→1.
• Experience building or leading digital asset products with broad cross-functional exposure across compliance, issuer engagement, and distribution partners.
• Deep knowledge of the digital assets landscape and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven ability to design and lead multi-product platform strategy in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
• Technical depth to collaborate effectively with engineering teams across Chainlink core products (CRE, ACE, CCIP, Data).

Preferred qualifications

• Experience scaling Web3 or fintech platforms with compliance-aware modules (e.g., AML, KYC, auditability).
• Evangelist-level communication skills, able to align internal and external stakeholders behind a complex vision.
• Product strategy and go-to-market experience for platforms with financial primitives or regulated flows.
• Experience with open financial protocols, programmable money systems, or cross-chain middleware.

Location and working model: While some job listings indicate local sites such as Bantine SS or Catania (CT), Italy, all roles with Chainlink Labs are described as global and remote-based. Candidates are asked, unless otherwise stated, to overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
