ARAG S.r.l. designs, manufactures and supplies advanced components and systems for crop spraying, weed control and crop protection, operating in the Precision Farming sector. Founded in 1976 in Rubiera (Reggio Emilia), ARAG is part of Nordson Corporation and acts as its Precision Agriculture Division.

We are a rapidly growing, internationally recognised organisation focused on innovation, sustainability and collaboration. We are looking for an Account Manager – Internship to support our Italian Commercial Team and contribute to the development of the national market.

The intern will work directly with the Senior Regional Sales Manager to gain practical commercial experience, deep product knowledge and direct exposure to customers and the sales network. The programme is designed to build a future commercial professional for a specialised market, with long-term growth opportunities within ARAG.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Regional Sales Manager in daily commercial activities across Italy.
  • Collaborate with local agents and internal teams to deliver customer-oriented assistance and solutions.
  • Participate in structured training to develop strong product knowledge (mechanical, hydraulic, filtering, electronics).
  • Assist in application support activities and technical pre-sales.
  • Engage in Customer Service tasks to learn customer needs and internal processes.
  • Join field visits with agents and senior team members to observe customer interactions and commercial processes.
  • Help map customer needs and identify opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Support the preparation of reports, documentation and commercial materials.

Requirements

  • Strong relational skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Curiosity for technical products and a willingness to learn applications and solutions.
  • Flexibility, a teamwork mindset and willingness to travel (~30%).
  • English proficiency at B2 level.
  • Preferred academic background: economics, agriculture or related technical/agribusiness fields.
  • Interest in developing a long-term commercial career in the agricultural technology sector.

Requisiti

Preferred degree in economics, agriculture or related technical/agribusiness fields; strong interpersonal and customer-oriented skills; curiosity for technical products; flexibility and teamwork; willingness to travel ~30%; English B2; interest in a long-term commercial career in agricultural technology.
