Seasonal position for Summer 2026: We are looking for a Bartender to join Jumeirah Capri Palace for the 2026 summer season.
The main responsibilities include:
- Take and process drink orders from guests and from waitstaff promptly, professionally and courteously.
- Prepare cocktails and other beverages by mixing liquors, sodas, water, sugar, bitters and other ingredients according to the Beverage Recipes.
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in line with established service standards and ensure guests receive the correct orders.
- Maintain product knowledge of cocktails, beverages and wines to advise guests and colleagues when required.
- Handle transactions and collect payments following Jumeirah cashiering procedures.
- Manage stock so that par levels are met and items are stored following Food Hygiene Standards.
- Complete opening, closing and cleaning tasks as listed on checklists.
- Keep accurate temperature records for all bar refrigeration units while on duty.
Additional information: There are 5 positions available and there is a chance of accommodation. The role is seasonal (6 months).

Requisiti
Minimum 1 year bartending experience in a luxury hospitality brand; proficient in Italian and fluent in English (a third language is an advantage); knowledge of alcohol pairing and taste; valid food and alcohol handling certifications.Competenze richieste
