About the property: Colere 1600 by Cloud 7 is a mountain village property in the Italian Alps offering year-round appeal for outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking and climbing, as well as quiet retreats. The hotel features 28 rooms and suites blending comfort with contemporary alpine design, a wellness center, a lounge bar & ski area, an à la carte restaurant and self-service dining, combining adventure, wellness and Italian charm.

Location: Colere 1600 by Cloud 7 is located in Colere, in the Italian Alps. The property is approximately 55 km from Orio al Serio Airport (BGY) and about 160 km from Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP).

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
  • Manage reservations, room assignments and billing accurately.
  • Provide clear information about hotel services, facilities and local attractions.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, concerns and complaints.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments to meet guest needs.
  • Follow front office procedures and standards for service, safety and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the PMS.
  • Build positive relationships through attentive, personalized service.
  • Use hotel systems and digital tools effectively to manage reservations and guest services.
  • Share guest feedback and propose improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Adapt quickly to guest needs and apply creative solutions in daily tasks.
  • Represent KH values of hospitality and inclusivity in all interactions.

Experience & skills

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism or related field (preferred).
  • Previous front office, customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of PMS and front office systems (e.g. Opera, Fidelio or similar) is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; friendly and proactive attitude.
  • Able to work under pressure with a guest-first mindset.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

Requisiti

Diploma or degree in Hospitality/Tourism preferred; previous front office or customer service experience is an advantage; knowledge of PMS (Opera, Fidelio or similar) is a plus; fluent English and Italian; ability to work under pressure; flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
