About us

Experimental pioneered cocktail bar culture in Paris in 2007 and has since expanded into an international group of innovative cocktail bars and boutique hotels. The company operates in major European capitals and seasonal destinations, and continues to open new venues worldwide.

About Experimental Roma

Opening in mid-2026, Experimental Roma will be located on Via Ludovisi, just off Via Veneto. The property, set in a former bank and reimagined by designer Rodolphe Parente, will offer an elegant take on la dolce vita with 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar and a rooftop featuring a suspended pool with sweeping views over Rome.
