Your mission is to take full responsibility for the coworking and membership areas at The Social Hub Florence Belfiore, transforming them into spaces people truly enjoy working from. You will be the driving force on the floor: leading the team, shaping the day-to-day member experience and defining how our community evolves. With a major update of our membership spaces upcoming, you will play a central role in creating the next chapter of coworking at The Social Hub.

The Social Hub (TSH) is a playful, creative hospitality brand that blends hotel-like services with additional offerings such as student accommodation, long- and short-stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bars and eat & drink venues, plus community and coworking spaces. We operate across several European countries and continue to expand our hybrid hospitality concept internationally.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations of coworking and membership areas, ensuring smooth floor running.
  • Coach, roster and motivate your team, fostering a culture of ownership and excellent service.
  • Build authentic relationships with members through regular presence, check-ins and effective follow-up.
  • Host tours and advise prospects to find the right membership solution.
  • Drive coworking revenue, occupancy and membership renewals across Lifestyle, Dedicated Desk and Private Office plans.
  • Identify upsell possibilities and contribute to attractive membership packages.
  • Support and co-create events and networking activities with local teams and the Support Hub.
  • Track KPIs, control costs and continuously enhance the member journey.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in coworking, hospitality or flexible workspace environments.
  • Proven background in customer-facing account management and retention.
  • Visible, hands-on leader who leads by example on the floor.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for people and service.
  • Organised, resilient and able to prioritise in a busy environment.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.

Requisiti

At least 3 years of management experience in coworking, hospitality or flexible workspaces; strong customer-facing account management and retention experience; visible, hands-on leader; solutions-first mindset; organised and resilient; fluent Italian and English.
