  • Develop and execute the Middle East sales strategy to maximise revenue, market share and brand awareness across the GCC for the Italian RFH portfolio.

  • Evaluate sales initiatives and partnerships to ensure ROI and sustainable revenue growth.
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts in cooperation with the GSO, developing business across leisure, corporate, government and luxury travel segments.
  • Develop and expand relationships with luxury travel agencies, tour operators, consortia and travel advisors.
  • Organise and lead sales missions, educational visits, client events and familiarisation trips to promote the portfolio.

What we offer includes tailored career development paths, ongoing hard and soft skills training, an inclusive and flexible working environment and a permanent contract under CCNL Turismo. Additional employee benefits are provided to support wellbeing and work-life balance.

Key requirements are a minimum of 5–7 years' experience in luxury hospitality sales (hotels, resorts or luxury travel brands), fluent English (Italian and Arabic highly desirable), willingness to travel extensively across the GCC and a strong knowledge of outbound travel trends from Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. Established relationships with key stakeholders across luxury travel, corporate, government and HNW segments are expected.
