Role summary: As a Commis de Rang you will contribute to an outstanding Guest experience by preparing and supporting service of food and beverages and offering appropriate recommendations upon request. You will work closely with senior waiters and the kitchen team to uphold Hilton's service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver memorable dining experiences by maintaining a high profile throughout service while remaining polite and helpful.
• Provide prompt, unobtrusive and attentive service to Guests.
• Follow instructions from chefs and senior waiters and anticipate their needs.
• Keep your station clean and tidy at all times; prepare and replenish cutlery, glasses, bread and butter as required.
• Run trays between service areas and stations and assist with clearing when needed.
• Respond quickly to spillages or breakages and report any issues to the station waiter or the restaurant manager.
• Perform general station cleaning and be aware of waiter and restaurant needs during service.
