WeTransfer is part of Bending Spoons, a group of digital businesses focused on innovation and operational excellence. By joining via the WeTransfer brand, you will become part of the wider Bending Spoons team and may work directly on WeTransfer or on other products within the group. We aim to build a company that serves millions of customers, fosters rapid professional growth, integrates AI deeply into operations, and creates value while upholding high ethical standards.
We’re looking for a Media Designer to produce outstanding visual assets across channels and products. The role can be permanent or fixed-term and is based in Milan, London, Madrid, Warsaw or fully remote from eligible countries. You’ll own quality from brief to final output, move quickly, and apply strategic thinking to creative decisions.
We offer competitive pay and access to equity. Typical entry-level annual salaries are £56,345 in London and €54,346 elsewhere in Europe. For candidates with considerable relevant experience, London pay typically ranges between £68,579 and £151,436, and elsewhere in Europe between €66,065 and €145,430. Compensation varies by location and expected impact and may exceed these ranges for exceptional hires. If offered a permanent contract, part of your pay can be received as discounted company equity. If relocating to Italy you may be eligible for a 50% tax cut.
We screen for verifiable signals of excellence regardless of seniority. Passing the screen may lead to one or more tests that can be challenging and time-consuming. We set a high bar and will not extend an offer until we are confident in the match. We consider all applicants and provide reasonable accommodations for disabilities (request via the provided form).
If you previously applied and were not selected, we suggest waiting at least one year before reapplying. Bending Spoons is demanding and requires significant commitment, but it also offers accelerated learning and career growth. We expect you to spend most days in our Milan office during your first few months to onboard effectively; we provide generous travel and accommodation support. After onboarding, work location (office or remote) will be agreed at offer stage.
