Role overview

We’re looking for a Media Designer to produce outstanding visual assets across channels and products. The role can be permanent or fixed-term and is based in Milan, London, Madrid, Warsaw or fully remote from eligible countries. You’ll own quality from brief to final output, move quickly, and apply strategic thinking to creative decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Create exceptional visual assets across every touchpoint: paid and organic social content, product visuals, branding materials, and presentation decks. Deliver work that performs, looks great, and ships quickly.
• Master and broaden your craft: develop deep expertise in your primary discipline (motion, graphic design, illustration, or similar) and expand adjacent skills to increase the range of work you can own.
• Use AI to enhance creativity and speed: adopt AI tools to generate concepts, explore directions quickly, and accelerate production workflows where useful.
• Deliver high-quality work at pace: manage a high volume of projects and priorities without sacrificing standards; make pragmatic trade-offs between craft and urgency.
• Work with business awareness: understand purpose, audience, and success metrics to make craft choices that are strategically effective.
• Be proactive: identify gaps, propose ideas, and take initiative rather than waiting for fully formed briefs.

Compensation and practical details

We offer competitive pay and access to equity. Typical entry-level annual salaries are £56,345 in London and €54,346 elsewhere in Europe. For candidates with considerable relevant experience, London pay typically ranges between £68,579 and £151,436, and elsewhere in Europe between €66,065 and €145,430. Compensation varies by location and expected impact and may exceed these ranges for exceptional hires. If offered a permanent contract, part of your pay can be received as discounted company equity. If relocating to Italy you may be eligible for a 50% tax cut.

Requisiti

Proven expertise in a primary creative discipline (motion, graphic design, illustration, etc.), strong reasoning and problem-solving skills, high drive and ownership, excellent collaboration and English proficiency. Ability to deliver high-quality work at pace and use AI tools where relevant.
