As a Bartender you will welcome and interact with guests during their visit, take and serve orders and ensure Hilton brand service standards are delivered at the highest level.
- Receive orders and serve customers promptly and accurately.
- Create and serve a variety of beverages including classic cocktails, mixers, beer, wine and soft drinks.
- Take food orders and support the floor team with deliveries when required.
- Be familiar with the menu, any updates and promotional activities.
- Keep the service area clean, tidy and well prepared for service.
- Manage proper settlement of customer accounts efficiently.
- Answer guest queries politely and helpfully.
Candidate profile: we look for people who represent our Guests and collaborate well with other team members. The successful candidate will have prior experience in a cocktail bar environment and the ability to prepare classic cocktails. Flexibility in working hours is necessary as shifts are rostered, particularly at weekends. Excellent personal presentation and communication skills, the ability to react positively to varied work situations and a strong passion for providing outstanding guest service are essential.
