We are looking for a warm and adaptable person to join the small team at our boutique property in Polignano a Mare. This role combines reception, guest relations and concierge duties, and places you at the centre of ensuring each guest feels genuinely welcomed.
- Welcome and check-in: greet guests on arrival and provide a friendly front-desk presence.
- Guest assistance: give local recommendations and help arrange requests to enhance the guest experience.
- Nightly turndown: support the evening turndown service to ensure rooms feel cosy and prepared for guests.
- Shared upkeep: occasionally help with light maintenance and tidying of common areas to keep the property inviting.

Requisiti
