Role summary: As a Commis de Rang you will contribute to an outstanding guest experience by ensuring food and beverages are prepared and presented correctly and by offering suitable recommendations when requested.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Deliver a memorable dining experience for guests through professional, attentive service.
- Maintain a high profile during service while remaining polite and helpful.
- Provide prompt, unobtrusive and attentive table service.
- Follow directions from chefs and senior waiters and anticipate their needs.
- Keep your station clean and tidy at all times and manage cutlery, glassware and bread service as required.
- Run trays between server and station and respond quickly to spillages or breakages.
- Communicate any problems to the station waiter or restaurant manager and assist with general station cleaning and waiter support.

- Positive attitude, personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues and communicate clearly with guests and colleagues.
- Motivated and eager to learn to improve personal performance.
- Flexible and able to respond positively to changing requirements.

- Good command of Italian and English.
