Getinge Italia is seeking a Product Manager - Surgical Workflow to support business growth and customer satisfaction by acting as a strategic link between market needs, customers, sales teams and internal stakeholders. The role is a field-based, home-office position and requires close proximity to the market and customers.

Your responsibilities

Marketing & product strategy

  • Promote products through on-site demonstrations and direct customer engagement.
  • Train and support the sales force throughout the full sales cycle.
  • Adapt and deploy global marketing strategies locally and create a local marketing plan aligned with business goals.
  • Support product launches to ensure successful market adoption.
  • Represent the company at congresses, conferences and industry events and cooperate with international teams to exchange insights and best practices.

Tender management

  • Prepare and manage technical documentation for public tenders.
  • Define product configurations together with sales teams.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and compliant tender submissions.

Market analysis & business performance

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to spot growth opportunities.
  • Track product line performance, contribute to forecasting and support pricing within global guidelines.

Scope & environment

  • Product scope: Surgical Workflow capital equipment (e.g., operating tables and surgical lights).
  • Territory: Northern and Central Italy, including Sardinia.
  • Location: Home-based with an expected residence in the Milan area (Cinisello Balsamo office available; presence not mandatory).
  • Travel: Frequent daily travel with regular overnight stays (on average two nights per week).

Your profile

  • Degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar product management role; operating room experience is a strong plus.
  • Fluent in Italian and professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Requisiti
