We are looking for an Account Manager who will deliver clinical demonstrations and instructions for the use of company products across the sales cycle — pre-sale, implementation and post-sale. Presentations will take place in formal education settings as well as in small-group or one-to-one sessions in patient-care areas throughout healthcare facilities, aiming to obtain or increase adoption of the company’s technology and devices.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver formal presentations to physicians and administrative customers that explain the clinical and/or financial benefits of the company’s devices for their group.
  • Evaluate new products or device enhancements and provide structured feedback to Product Development and Marketing.
  • Work with customers to introduce, promote and expand product usage throughout their facilities.
  • Collect and distribute customer feedback and information internally.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and educational meetings and complete required reports.
  • Provide product support and education to users in person, during in-service sessions or via written/verbal communication.
  • Maintain and continuously expand subject-matter knowledge of the assigned market and company products.
  • Prepare and share information with internal executives and staff about customer acceptance issues during pre-sale and evaluation phases.

Qualifications

  • BS degree preferred in a related field or 6 years of demonstrated successful sales experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of related medical device experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong presentation/educational ability in settings ranging from one-to-one to large formal groups.
  • Maintain all required certifications and vendor credentials.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
  • Apply critical thinking to solve complex clinical problems; demonstrate influential skills and effective followership.
  • Desire to be part of a healthcare team, anticipate others’ needs and contribute to patient treatment.
  • Comprehensive computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to develop presentation materials.
  • Strong sales and business acumen and demonstrated clinical expertise and case excellence.
  • Preferred: experience in the endovascular/OR space and additional clinical acumen.

Compensation model: This role is 100% commission; it is eligible for bonuses and includes benefits.

Requisiti

BS preferito o 6 anni di esperienza di vendita; minimo 4 anni in dispositivi medici; mantenimento certificazioni e credenziali vendor; eccellente inglese scritto e parlato; capacità di lavorare in autonomia; forti capacità di presentazione, analisi e organizzazione; disponibilità a ottenere vaccinazioni secondo i requisiti dei clienti.
