Role overview: The MX Lifecycle Senior Product Manager analyzes customer behavior to extract insights that increase engagement. This role partners with central and international teams and other marketplaces to improve customer engagement by designing experiments to find scalable solutions, launching new products or programs in Mexico (MX), shaping marketing strategy from a deep customer understanding and guiding marketing investment decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and owning experimental tests to surface insights that inform future campaigns.
- Developing segmentation models to retarget priority segments with experimental lifecycle offers and messaging.
- Driving on‑site improvements and customer‑facing experiments to completion by coordinating with project managers, web developers, buyers, designers and merchandisers.
- Partnering with program owners across Amazon to iterate and test different approaches that advance lifecycle progression.
- Collaborating with technical and business teams to drive automation of lifecycle activities.
- Working with global teams to identify best practices, processes and systems for delivering programs locally in MX and managing their implementation.
- Planning, designing and executing cross‑channel product marketing initiatives that encourage new shopping behaviors and repeat purchases.
- Documenting execution and reporting best practices to serve as models for partner teams.

Basic qualifications:
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7+ years of stakeholder management experience.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken; strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English are highlighted in the role description.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience influencing senior leadership using data‑driven insights.
- Proven work across functional teams and with senior stakeholders.
