We are hiring a Sales & Partnerships Manager to establish strategic relationships and accelerate revenue. The role is focused on qualifying incoming opportunities, managing sales conversations, and developing partnerships across the AI and data ecosystem. This position suits people who enjoy working in early-stage environments where processes are still being defined.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound conversations and qualify sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners in the AI/data ecosystem.
- Conduct discovery calls and deliver product demonstrations.
- Identify and develop partnership opportunities with accelerators, tooling providers and other ecosystem players.
- Ensure CRM hygiene and maintain pipeline visibility.
- Provide market feedback to help refine messaging and positioning.
Requirements
- Must-have: Minimum 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales or partnerships.
- Experience working in early-stage startups or small teams.
- Comfortable operating without rigid scripts or defined playbooks; able to work autonomously.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Nice-to-have: understanding of the AI/analytics market, experience with B2B SaaS partnerships, multilingual capabilities.
