We are seeking an AI Developer who prefers eliminating unnecessary repetition rather than avoiding work. If you view AI as more than just calling an API—if you design systems, orchestrate workflows and make solutions reliable—this role could fit you.

Role overview: you will contribute to systems where AI represents one important component, not the entirety of the product. Your work will combine AI features with solid system design.

Main responsibilities include:

• Building AI-powered features and agentic workflows.
• Integrating AI into real products and business processes.
• Working on backend logic, data flows and overall system design.
• Contributing to and adopting AI-Driven Development practices across projects.

AI-Driven Development (required): AI tools are considered part of the core workflow. Daily use of tools such as Cursor or Claude Code (or equivalents) is expected to:

• speed up prototyping,
• reduce repetitive tasks,
• let you focus on system design instead of boilerplate.

If you prefer to write everything by hand with no tooling, this role will feel unnecessarily hard.

Tech stack & what you will do:

• Core stack: Python 3.12+, serious use of asyncio, strict typing, Pydantic and Pydantic AI / MCP (Model Context Protocol) to connect LLMs with tools and data.
• Develop AI agents and RAG-based systems.
• Build MCP connectors and servers to integrate models with tools and data.
• Design prompts and ensure outputs are structured and validated.
• Work on data flows (including streaming and complex JSON) toward frontend applications.

What we expect from you: you do not need to know everything, but you should:

• be comfortable with asynchronous Python;
• have hands-on experience (projects are fine) with Pydantic / Pydantic AI;
• be genuinely curious about AI systems;
• understand differences between ReAct prompting, Tool Calling and Function Calling;
• have good proficiency in English.

No legacy code, no unnecessary process and no overcomplication: focus on building systems that don’t require constant fixes.

Seniority: junior profiles are welcome if motivated to learn quickly; mid-level candidates should already understand what solutions generally work and what do not.

Soft skills: flexibility, adaptability, willingness to learn continuously, ability to work independently and in a team, and comfort with evolving requirements and fast iterations.

Nice to have:

• Vercel AI SDK
• React / TypeScript
• experience with SSE streaming
• handling typed outputs in frontend environments
• a full-stack mindset (or willingness to develop one)

Requisiti
