Descrizione della Posizione Lavorativa
We are seeking an AI Developer who prefers to avoid repeating work by designing systems that automate and orchestrate tasks—not someone who avoids effort altogether, but someone who avoids unnecessary effort. If your view of AI goes beyond simply calling an API and includes system design, workflow orchestration, and making solutions reliable, read on.
The role: you will contribute to systems in which AI is one part of a larger architecture rather than the whole solution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building AI-powered features and agentic workflows.
- Integrating AI into real products and business processes.
- Working on backend logic, data flows, and overall system design.
- Contributing to AI-Driven Development practices across projects.
AI-Driven Development (required): AI tools are integral to the workflow. Daily use of tools such as Cursor or Claude Code (or equivalents) is expected to:
- Speed up prototyping.
- Reduce repetitive work.
- Allow focus on system design instead of boilerplate.
If you prefer hand-writing every piece of boilerplate, this role will likely feel inefficient.
Tech stack & what you'll do:
- Core stack: Python 3.12+, serious use of asyncio, strict typing, Pydantic & Pydantic AI MCP (Model Context Protocol) to connect LLMs with tools and data.
- Develop AI agents and RAG-based systems.
- Build MCP connectors and servers to integrate models with tools and data.
- Design prompts and ensure outputs are structured and validated.
- Work on data flows (including streaming and complex JSON) aimed at frontend applications.
What we're looking for: you don't need to know everything, but you should:
- Be comfortable with asynchronous Python.
- Have hands-on experience (even personal projects) with Pydantic / Pydantic AI.
- Be genuinely curious about AI systems.
- Understand differences between ReAct prompting, Tool Calling, and Function Calling.
- Have English proficiency.
No legacy code, no unnecessary process and no overcomplication: focus on building systems that don't need constant fixing.
Profiles: Junior candidates are welcome if motivated to learn quickly. Mid-level candidates should already have a clear sense of what works and what usually doesn't.
Soft skills:
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Willingness to learn continuously.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Comfort with evolving requirements and fast iterations.
Nice to have: experience with Vercel AI SDK, React / TypeScript, SSE streaming, handling typed outputs in frontend environments, or a full-stack mindset (or willingness to develop one).
Compensation & Benefits: work is Full-Remote. Employer provides a MacBook Pro and meal vouchers. Contract type and compensation will depend on experience.
How to apply: send your GitHub or discuss a recent AI project (preferably involving Pydantic AI). No slides and no long introductions—just code and technical thinking.
Benefits
- Full-Remote work.
- MacBook Pro provided.
- Meal vouchers.
