We are seeking an AI Developer who prefers to avoid unnecessary repetition by designing systems and workflows rather than redoing the same tasks. If your view of AI goes beyond simple API calls and includes orchestrating reliable systems, read on.

Role overview: you will work on systems where AI is one element—not the whole job—but a crucial component that must be integrated into backend logic, data flows and product workflows.

• Main responsibilities:
  • Build AI-powered features and agentic workflows
  • Integrate AI into real products and business processes
  • Work on backend logic, data flows and system design
  • Contribute to AI-Driven Development practices across projects

AI-Driven Development (required): AI tools are part of the daily workflow (not optional). Expect to use tools such as Cursor or Claude Code (or equivalents) regularly to speed up prototyping, eliminate repetitive work and focus on system design rather than boilerplate.

Core tech stack & what you'll do:

• Python 3.12+
• Asyncio (used seriously)
• Strict typing
• Pydantic & Pydantic AI (MCP - Model Context Protocol) to connect LLMs with tools and data

Typical tasks:

• Develop AI agents and RAG-based systems
• Build MCP connectors and servers to integrate models with tools and data
• Design prompts and ensure outputs are structured and validated
• Work on data flows toward frontend applications, including streaming and complex JSON

Candidate profile: you don't need to master everything, but you should:

• Be comfortable with asynchronous Python
• Have hands-on experience (personal projects count) with Pydantic / Pydantic AI
• Be genuinely curious about AI systems
• Understand the difference between ReAct prompting, Tool Calling and Function Calling
• Have English proficiency

Working principles: no legacy code, minimal unnecessary process, and a practical approach focused on building systems that do not require constant fixes.

Seniority: junior profiles are welcome if motivated to learn quickly; mid-level candidates are expected to already know what typically works and what does not.

• Comfort with evolving requirements and fast iterations

Nice to have: experience with Vercel AI SDK, React / TypeScript, SSE streaming, handling typed outputs in frontend environments, or a full-stack mindset (or willingness to become full-stack).

Compensation & employment details: the position is Full-Remote. Contract type and compensation will depend on experience.
