Descrizione della Posizione Lavorativa
We are searching for an AI-focused developer who dislikes repeating the same tasks and values eliminating unnecessary work. If you think AI is more than just calling an API—if it means designing systems, orchestrating workflows and making solutions actually work—keep reading.
Role overview
You will contribute to systems where AI is one component of a broader architecture, not the whole job. The position involves creating AI-driven features and agentic workflows while ensuring the wider system and data flows are correct and reliable.
Key responsibilities
- Build AI-powered features and agentic workflows.
- Integrate AI into real products and business processes.
- Work on backend logic, data flows and overall system design.
- Contribute to AI-Driven Development practices across projects.
AI-Driven Development (required)
AI tools are part of the daily workflow, not an optional extra. Tools like Cursor, Claude Code (or equivalents) are expected to be used routinely to speed up prototyping, reduce repetitive work and let the team focus on system design rather than boilerplate. If you prefer writing everything manually, this role will likely feel unnecessarily burdensome.
Tech stack & what you'll do
The core stack includes:
- Python 3.12+
- Asyncio (used seriously)
- Strict typing
- Pydantic & Pydantic AI / MCP (Model Context Protocol) to connect LLMs with tools and data
You will:
- Develop AI agents and RAG-based systems.
- Build MCP connectors and servers to integrate models with tools and data.
- Design prompts and ensure outputs are structured and validated.
- Work on data flows, including streaming and complex JSON, aimed at frontend applications.
What we're looking for
You do not need to be an expert in everything, but you should:
- Be comfortable with asynchronous Python.
- Have hands-on experience (including personal projects) with Pydantic / Pydantic AI.
- Be genuinely curious about AI systems.
- Understand the difference between ReAct prompting, Tool Calling, and Function Calling.
- Have a good level of English.
No legacy code. No unnecessary processes. Avoid making things more complex than they need to be: build systems that don't require constant fixing.
Junior profiles are welcome, especially if motivated to learn quickly. Mid-level candidates should already understand what typically works and what does not.
Soft skills
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Willingness to learn continuously.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Comfort with evolving requirements and fast iterations.
Nice to have
- Experience with Vercel AI SDK.
- Knowledge of React / TypeScript.
- Experience with SSE streaming.
- Experience handling typed outputs in frontend environments.
- A full-stack mindset or willingness to develop one.
Compensation & benefits
Full-Remote. Company provides a MacBook Pro and meal vouchers. Contract type and compensation will be determined based on experience.
How to apply
Send your GitHub or describe a recent AI project (preferably involving Pydantic AI). No slides or long introductions—just code and technical reasoning.
Location
Role is advertised in Torino, Italy, and is offered as remote.
Benefits for employees
- MacBook Pro provided.
- Meal vouchers.
- Fully remote working arrangement.
Requisiti
Comfortable with asynchronous Python; hands-on experience with Pydantic / Pydantic AI (projects are acceptable); curiosity about AI systems; understanding of ReAct prompting, Tool Calling and Function Calling; English proficiency. Junior candidates welcome; mid-level applicants should know what works in practice.
