Contratto a tempo indeterminato
We are looking for an AI Developer who avoids unnecessary repetition and focuses on building systems that actually work. The role involves contributing to systems where AI is one important component, not the whole job.
AI-Driven Development (Required): AI tools are part of the daily workflow (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code or similar) and should be used to speed up prototyping, cut repetitive tasks and let you focus on system design rather than boilerplate. If you prefer writing every piece manually, this role will be unnecessarily hard.
Core tech stack and practices: Python 3.12+, Asyncio (used seriously), strict typing, Pydantic and Pydantic AI / MCP to connect LLMs with tools and data.
What we expect from you: comfort with asynchronous Python, hands-on experience (even via personal projects) with Pydantic / Pydantic AI, genuine curiosity about AI systems, and an understanding of the differences between ReAct prompting, Tool Calling and Function Calling. English proficiency is required. We avoid legacy code and unnecessary processes: focus on building robust systems that don’t need constant fixes.
Junior profiles are welcome (especially motivated learners); mid-level candidates should already know what typically works and what doesn’t.
Soft skills: flexibility, adaptability, continuous willingness to learn, ability to work independently and in a team, and comfort with evolving requirements and fast iterations.
Nice to have: familiarity with Vercel AI SDK, React / TypeScript, SSE streaming, handling typed outputs in frontend environments, and a full-stack mindset (or willingness to build one).
Location note: role listed for Torino, Italia but offered as remote.
Send your GitHub or describe a recent AI project (preferably involving Pydantic AI). No slides, no long introductions — just code and technical thinking. Reference: #J-18808-Ljbffr.
