Role overview
We are seeking a talented Data Analyst for a high-impact project starting immediately. The Data Analyst will transform raw data into actionable insights to support business decisions, focusing on analysis, reporting and clear communication with stakeholders to bridge data and business strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Data Management: collect, clean and validate data from multiple sources.
- Analysis & Trends: analyze trends, patterns and anomalies to surface growth opportunities.
- Visualization: build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for key stakeholders.
- Strategy & KPIs: translate business questions into data queries and define/track KPIs over time.
- Insights delivery: present complex findings in a clear, decision-oriented way for non-technical teams.
- Experimentation: support experimentation through A/B testing and cohort analysis.
Required skills
- Must-have (core technical & analytical):
- Advanced SQL — mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI or Looker).
- Familiarity with modern data warehouses and databases (e.g., Snowflake, Google BigQuery).
- Strong knowledge of data preparation: cleaning, transformations and spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets).
- Statistical analysis skills, understanding of business metrics and exposure to ETL processes.
- Strong communication skills, critical thinking and high attention to detail.
- Nice-to-have:
- Basic programming in Python or R.
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation and basic data modeling.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel).
- Experience in fast-paced industries such as SaaS, e-commerce or hospitality.

- Type: Freelance (Contractor).

- Duration: until Dec 31, 2026.
- Location: 100% Full Remote.

Requisiti
