Responsibilities

• Understand your product deeply, its business model and the growth levers that matter.
• Analyze performance using AI, automation and advanced analytics to spot high-performing campaigns and patterns in user and product data and to produce actionable insights.
• Ideate by turning insights, experiment outcomes, competitor research and AI-assisted findings into testable hypotheses to improve growth and monetization.
• Test by designing and running rigorous experiments with real users, collaborating closely with designers, engineers and analysts to implement and iterate quickly.
• Scale successful ideas broadly and feed learnings from each experiment into the next cycle of discovery and testing.

Compensation and offer highlights

We offer competitive pay and access to company equity. Typically, candidates with limited experience receive an annual salary of £85,797 in London or €66,065 elsewhere in Europe. For candidates with considerable relevant experience, the ranges are typically £112,189–£250,512 in London and €107,837–€188,848 elsewhere in Europe. Compensation varies by location and expected impact and may exceed these ranges for exceptional candidates. If offered a permanent contract, part of your pay can be received in company equity at a discount. If relocating to Italy, you may be eligible for a 50% tax cut.

Selection process

We evaluate all candidates through the same screening process and prioritise verifiable signals of excellence. If you pass screening you may be asked to complete one or more challenging tests that can take several hours. Bending Spoons is a demanding environment that requires significant commitment but offers rapid learning and career progression. To ramp up quickly, you are expected to spend most days in our Milan office during your first months; we provide generous travel and accommodation support for this period. After onboarding, you may work from an office or remotely from approved countries depending on the offer.
