We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the Systems and Data Engineering Management (SYDEM) unit. In this position you will be responsible for preserving and improving data quality across both operational and analytical environments. Working alongside the functional data integration team, you will help design and implement data collection systems that guarantee the availability of robust datasets to streamline engineering processes and enable informed decision-making across the company.

You will contribute to ensuring data reliability, consistency and traceability across the full lifecycle of engineering activities and support the enhancement of the company’s digital capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain data pipelines to ingest, transform, structure and deliver datasets from multiple internal and external sources.
• Improve data quality, reliability and governance, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, metadata requirements and lifecycle rules.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts and engineering stakeholders to understand needs and translate requirements into technical solutions for analytics and reporting.
• Implement data cleaning, validation and enrichment processes to produce consistent, high-quality datasets for engineering use.
• Contribute to documentation, standards and best practices, promoting continuous improvement in data engineering methodologies within SYDEM.

Education, languages and technical profile

• Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Information Technology or Economics.
• Languages: Italian and English.
• Technical knowledge:
  • Ability to translate data into insights using analytical and statistical techniques.
  • Experience designing interactive dashboards and visual reports in Power BI.
  • Experience creating analytical views based on datasets and data models.
  • Ability to work with structured and unstructured datasets and apply advanced analytic logic.
  • Solid experience in data wrangling, transformation, aggregation and preparation for analytics.
